WellnessMat

My WellnessMat arrived yesterday and I LOVE IT!  It's amazing how instantly refreshed and wonderful my feet and legs feel after standing on it for just a few seconds. It's instant relief and comfort! 

I received the 3'x2' mat in brown, and it matches my kitchen perfectly.  I'll take a photo to share with you this weekend!

A few weeks ago I was the lucky winner of the Betty Crocker Mississippi Mud Bar Giveaway from Jyl, the super sweet person from The Post-It Place.  I'm so excited to bake them up!  Today it was much to hot, but tomorrow it is suppose to be in the 80's, so it'll be cool enough to kick the oven in full gear and enjoy some chocolately goodness!  Yahoo!!!  Thanks Jyl!  Be sure to visit her awesome blog for tons of great info and giveaways!  Special thanks to Betty Crocker for putting a giant happy chocolate grin on my face!

Welcome to July

Welcome to July!  My favorite thing about summer is the fresh fruits and veggies available from farmers markets as well as from our own back yard.  This is my first year of having a few fruits and veggies growing on our property, and I'm very excited!  To prepare for my (hopefully) wonderful harvest I am reading The Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving.

While I have never canned before, I have (I think) everything I need to attempt the task later this summer. Now if my blackberries and tomatoes would just grow faster!
